Senior Product Owner

Tantus Technologies, Inc. (Tantus) is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Senior Product Owner to support our client at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The candidate will work closely with the Client Product Owner to provide strategic product direction for development of a new service that will combine artificial intelligence (AI) and human-centered design (HCD) to aggregate and analyze clinician feedback to better identify the most pressing themes, subthemes, and sentiment related to CMS regulations, leading to a reduction in clinician burden and better healthcare outcomes.  Responsibilities Work with the client to develop Concept of Operations for this new service Conduct research on the use of HCD with AI to drive initial product definition Develop initial product backlog and roadmap Use and coach team on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies Maintain client vision for the product and assure that the team is aligned with that vision Interface with other Product Managers and key stakeholders to, gather their requirements, understand their business drivers, understand their high level timelines and make business focused trade-offs that deliver the most value to the business, given the time and cost constraints Stay abreast of related technology and use cases to help inform ongoing product direction Administratively manage the process of product backlog items being added to the backlog, analyzed for ranking, ranked, and assigned to product increments Provide support and subject matter expertise to communicate with Client Product Owner and development teams in order to solve any requirements issues, assist with user story definition, and ensure alignment with program established product goals, and development timelines Develop and socialize programmatic information radiators such as the programmatic strategic roadmap, as well as associated product roadmaps Provide support for meetings such as the Product Owner Sync (PO Sync), Release Planning, and Product Increment Planning to support driving the program towards overall strategic objectives Communicate from a program level with CMS staff on various topics including but not limited to meeting topics, status reports, risk, issues, mitigation strategies, release planning, etc. Perform quantitative and qualitative risk analysis of identified risks, assisting Client management and staff in preparing responses to positive and negative risks, opportunities, or threats. Serve as strategic partner with Client and drive program towards overall strategic objectives. Manage task assignment and resources across the Tantus Project Team Identify and implement process improvement opportunities Assume supervisory responsibilities as the team grows Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred) At least 8 years of professional experience in healthcare and/or IT 3 years of supervisory experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Agile space as a product owner, scrum master, business analyst and/or developer Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem-solving skills  Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms  Ability to develop productive working relationships with people with varying technical and business abilities, as well as experience working across integrated project teams Excellent client and team building skills with experience in coaching and mentoring on new practices Demonstrated results in working with C-level resources in a trusted advisor role Excellent oral and written communication skills required Desired Qualifications Agile certification with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification preferred Experience with Federal healthcare required and with the Federal rulemaking process preferred Experience with technologies such as AI and HCD highly desirable Requisition ID : 1206

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
