Order Processor/Customer Service Representative

One of our top clients in the Hampden, MD area is looking for a temporary Order Processor/Customer Service Representative. If you are looking to gain experience and have excellent customer service skills with call center experience this could be the perfect fit. The pay will be 14-15/hr.
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound phone calls from customers
Addressing customers questions and concerns
Performing other administrative duties as necessary
Perform data entry duties regarding orders
Communicating with doctors via telephone regarding orders
Qualifications:
1 year of call center experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently or on a team
Ability to think outside the box

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
