Hyperion SMECyber Security Solutions (CSS) is searching for a qualified candidate to serve as a Hyperion Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a Federal Project in the Baltimore, MD area. ?In this role, the candidate will support the implementation of a new Consolidated Budget System (CBS) for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid.? The Financial Management Systems Group (FMSG) of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) oversees the design, develop, implementation and operation of various financial and accounting systems, including, but not limited to, the Healthcare Integrated General Ledger Accounting System (HIGLAS) and other new systems.??CSS assists CMS in supporting administrative and management of functions encompassing:? business process reengineering, requirements formulation, as well as various levels of support in development, implementation, test, and post-implementation.? As the Hyperion functional SME, this person will work closely with the staff of FMSG as well as interact as needed with other divisions and contractors.??The Hyperion SME will serve in an advisory role on a project that will design, build, and deploy the CBS system.? In this role, the incumbent will be reviewing designs and plans of the development contractor and providing analysis of these project artifacts to FMSG.? The incumbent in this position should be a subject matter expert in Hyperion with a focus on K2 and the Federal Budgeting process.Other responsibilities may include:?Assist in the review of functional and technical designs,Assess and provide comment on test plans as provided by the development contractorAssess and provide comment on training materialsAttend design sessions, weekly status project meetings and any project workgroup sessions related to the Phase 2 and Phase 3 tasks for implementing the Consolidated Budget System (CBS) at CMS.Assist CMS with preparing any management briefings and presentation materials on the project.Provide guidance on the implementation of new business processes, strategies and design conceptsReview the overall implementation approach, to include cutover plans, and identify risks to the projectReview and provide comment on all other project deliverables and documentation as directed by FMSG. - provided by Dice

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
