To be fully aware of all PHI/PII within their respective program and how it is protected. Provide continuous training to ensure all staff understand and can execute their role in HIPAA compliance. HIPAA compliance is to be prioritized over project schedules. Working with their program security lead, ensure all required safeguards are in place. Require and support developers? use of secure coding practices (as applicable to program SOW). Lead the efforts of developing Agile software engineering and management best practices, metrics, and audit practices. ? Manage corporate wide Agile software engineering support across customer organization. ? Conduct Scrum team training, retrospective workshops, Lean software development workshops for infrastructure teams.? Establish Agile PMO function and an architectural recommendation review function.? Develop Agile/Scrum processes, including analysis of existing processes, elicitation of requirements from subject matter experts, and application of industry best practices and standards. ? Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
