Drywall Mechanic / Painter
FTSS Joint Venture, a joint venture between Dae Sung, LLC and LB&B Associates, Inc., has an immediate position available for a part-time Drywall Mechanic / Painter at their contact to provide facilities engineering and maintenance services at the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services in Baltimore, MD.
This person will be responsible for trim, drywall point-up/painting, ceiling tile repair, and helping building operating engineers and electricians with various duties. This is a union, part-time postion (20 hours per week) with somewhat flexible, negotiable hours (generally falling within normal business hours).
