This position serves as a senior software developer (14
years of experience) supporting full stack application development. The role is responsible for assessments and recommendations, data analysis, software development, unit testing, data modeling, and deployment.
Description:
Experience developing, testing and debugging moderately complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity.
Strong understanding of various software languages including Javascript, Java, HTML, and CSS
Enjoys working with version control tools (Git, Subversion)
Understands and applies constructs for both relational(MySQL, Postgres) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, ElasticSearch).
Experience applying external libraries/frameworks to mature code base (i.e. SpringFramework, AngularJS, EmberJS, etc)
Designs and codes moderately complex applications using routine and/or advanced technology.
Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them.
Resolves customer issues with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
May assist in development of software technical documentation.
May design and build prototype applications.
Bachelors Degree required in one of the following disciplines:
Computer Engineering
Computer Science
Electrical Engineering
Information Systems
Equivalent documented combination of training and experience
Advanced degree in related technical field desired.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance, based on a current single scope background investigation (SSBI), as well as a favorable completion of Full Scope Polygraph completed by the U.S. Government (CI Polygraphs will also be considered) .Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
