A well known Health and Human Services company has an Immediate need for a Customer Service Representative The successful incumbent daily duties will include, but not limited to: Phone based customer service, Problem solving skills, Respond to call center inquiries and/or complaints received by telephone and help answer inquires or resolve complaints, Help answer questions in reference to medical insurance plans, Provide technical assistance to the web based portal and Must have the ability to interact courteously with a variety of people.
Bilingual-Spanish is a plus, but not required.
High School diploma required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
