Answering high-volume calls and greeting potential customers/visitors.
Scheduling appointments and preparing provider schedules, and front desk coverage.
Responsible for verifications, prior authorizations, referrals, registration, and checking customers in and out for office / appointment visits, and billing and maintaining account cards.
Performing administrative duties, such as, faxing, filing, record maintenance, updating customer demographic and other pertinent information.
Providing administrative support to providers and office staff, including various miscellaneous tasks.
Assisting the Administrative Director in implementing office policies and SOP's to efficiently maintain quality customer care and follow guidelines of HIPAA.
