Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls - Maintain a neat and organized reception area - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with filing and scanning - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry and photocopying - Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned Skills:
- Ability to effectively file, organize, and maintain documents - Strong typing skills - Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to coordinate projects and tasks efficiently This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
